Product Advertised All information regarding items for sale is provided by the Seller and other sources and not verified in any way. factorydirect cannot verify the accuracy of said information and makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy of such information. It is agreed that the factorydirect is not responsible for the accuracy of any Information they receive or fail to receive, and buyers and sellers agree to indemnify and hold factorydirect harmless from any claims or damages which may occur by reason of the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any Information provided to either party with respect to the sale and purchase of goods, items, and materials through factorydirect. Retention of Title The property in any goods supplied shall remain with Techrem Limited until full payment for those goods together with all other amounts owed by the Purchaser is received, but risk therein shall pass to the Customer on delivery. The Techrem Limited reserves the right to repossess and resell any products to which it has retained title and the Customer hereby grants an irrevocable right and licence to Techrem Limited to enter upon the Customer’s premises for the purpose of repossessing product to which it has retained title. This right and licence is without prejudice to any accrued rights of Techrem Limited under the contract with the Customer or otherwise. Notwithstanding this condition, Techrem Limited shall be entitled to bring an action against the Customer for the price of the goods or for any other remedy available to it in the event of non payment by the Customer by the due date. Use of Firmware / Software supplied with products manufactured by Techrem Limited is licensed subject to payment. In the event of non / delayed of any related Firmware / Software payment users are required to cease use of products containing Techrem Software/ Firmware. Resellers (and/or their Company Directors or Ex Directors) are also required to provide Techrem Limited with details of end users / buyers details in order that separate licence conditions can be established on end users In the event that factorydirect charges any fee then the limit of factorydirect liability is the amount of our fee. Techrem will not be bound by any of Buyers terms and conditions, regardless of whether you tender to Techrem a paper form containing your terms and conditions, whether you send your terms and conditions to Techrem electronically via e-mail or any similar electronic medium, or whether you tender your terms and conditions to Techrem by any other means. Unless agreed in writing by letter only by the Managing Director of Techrem Limited. This agreement in its entirety is subject to change without notice or obligation. If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining term and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Payment Terms Payment is prior to shipping unless an account is agreed in writing prior to an order being placed. Custom designed products may require payments on account Delivery Policy Products on this website are often ex stock. However please confirm delivery requirement prior to making payment Refund, Replacement and Return Policy Goods that are supplied and are faulty may be returned for replacement within the first year of purchase The buyer should return the goods with a copy of the original invoice stating the reason the goods have been returned. In the event that a suitable replacement cannot be supplied Techrem will at it's discretion refund the purchaser. Currency Unless stated otherwise all prices are quoted in English Sterling Export Restrictions There are no export restrictions on our standard range of products For Radio Based products please check local licensing regulations before purchasing
