Watchman WM3000  Security Guard Patrol Tour System >>> How it is used <<< As your security officer patrols the building he takes with him the WM3000. Lets say the first point of visit is the Computer Room. Fixed to the wall would be a low cost RFID Tag (Typically USD 1.00 each) The security officer holds the WM3000 near the RFID tag and pressing the "Scan" button. The location (Unique RFID Tag number) is now stored on the WM3000 along with the time of the visit. The officer now visits the next location and the process is repeated. At the end of the day/patrol the complete list of visits can be downloaded to a PC. Mobile Time and Attendance >>> How it is used <<< The WM3000 is used in the same way as above. Lets say you own a Cleaning Company that clean offices, you have 5 staff who each visit 4 offices per day. How do you know that they turn up for work on time. Well all you need is a WM3000 for each employee and a low cost RFID Tag (Typically USD 1.00 each) for each building they should visit. When they arrive at each office they scan the RFID tag in the office and when theey leave they do the same Now at the end of each day or week you have a complete list of the time they visited each office. WM3000 Mobile Time & Attendance terminals provide flexibility and mobility. Personnel can clock in and clock out wherever and whenever. WM3000 is a mobile Time &Attendance data collection terminals based on RFID technology. When an ID-card is read by the terminal, a new database record is created .Each record contains the ID-code of the ID-card that was records and together with the Data/Time stamp. All records are kept in the highly reliable internal database memory. The accumulated data is uploaded into the PC using the "Monitor" software is also used to setup the functioning parameters (Settings) of the mobile terminals.
